Tenders, completed with all required supporting documents must be delivered to the Tender Board on or before closing date of the tenders.
- Deposit the Tender marked with the required Tender Number and details in the tender box in the foyer of the Civic Centre, Nangolo Mbumba drive, Walvis Bay.

Tenders are opened by the Tender Board on the exact closing date and time and place of the Tender in the presence of tenderers' representatives who choose to attend, at the Civic Centre, Walvis Bay.

No faxed or e-mailed tenders will be accepted. Only tenders deposited in the tender box will be opened.
- The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the Local Tender Board reserves the right to accept the whole or any part of any tender.

Tenderers shall take note of the fact that the submission of the following documents with the completed tender is compulsory:
- Certificate of Goodstanding issued by the Social Security Commission;
- Business Registration Certificate;
- Certificate of registration in respect of Value Added Tax (VAT)
