Tender documents price: N$200.00 (15% VAT included) per vehicle tendered for. The deposit will be refundable, but will be forfeited if the Tender is allocated to a tenderer and the tenderer does not take up the offer.

  2. Tenders, completed with all required supporting documents must be delivered to the Tender Board on or before closing date of the tenders.

  3. Deposit the Tender marked with the required Tender Number and details in the tender box in the foyer of the Civic Centre, Nangolo Mbumba drive, Walvis Bay.

  4. Tenders are opened by the Tender Board on the exact closing date and time and place of the Tender in the presence of tenderers' representatives who choose to attend, at the Civic Centre, Walvis Bay.

  5. No faxed or e-mailed tenders will be accepted. Only tenders deposited in the tender box will be opened.

  6. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the Local Tender Board reserves the right to accept the whole or any part of any tender.

  7. Note: In cases where Tenders documents are downloaded from this page, such submissions are only accepted as valid if proof of payment is attached to the submission.
