Due to the break some households in Neptune Street and nearby areas may have observed a visible change in the colour of tap water, during the cause of yesterday and possibly today.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">We would like to assure residents that this issue has been handled with urgency.
