DEPARTMENT OF ROADS & BULIDING CONTROL
(PATERSON GRADE LEVEL C3)
Purpose of the Job
To provide the municipality with a range of road construction, civil works and related functions. To oversee all road construction related work completed by internal and external contractors.

Qualifications and Experience
| Minimum Educational Qualification | National Vocational Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Roads Constructions and Maintenance. OR National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Roads Construction and Maintenance / Civil Engineering. |
| Minimum Experience Required | 5 years’ experience in road construction and civil works, of which at least 2 years should have been in a supervisory position. OR 3 years’ works experience in road construction and civil works, of which at least 2 years should have been in a supervisory position. |
| Special Requirement | Driving Licence Code B |
FOREMAN: ROADS MAINTENANCE
(PATERSON GRADE LEVEL C3)

Basic Salary: N$ 466 301.00 pa
Housing Allowance: N$ 195 846.42 pa
Transport Allowance: N$ 15 000.00 pa

Rental Allowance: N$ 102 586.22 pa
