HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTITIONER: TRAINING & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
(PATERSON GRADE LEVEL C3)
Purpose of the Job
To provide expert inputs in the design, implementation and coordination of programs and policies that increase efficiency, effectiveness of the organization as well as strengthening employee knowledge and abilities, improving leadership and maintaining the organizational culture, organizational structure and the overall health of the organisation. The HRP: Training & OD coordinates and liaises with Departments within the Municipality to identify organizational challenges and set the targets of organizational change through training and other support programs to meet those targets. The incumbent reports to the Manager: HR.

Qualifications and Experience
| Minimum Requirements | 3 year National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology / Organizational Development plus 5 years’ experience in Training and Organizational Development. OR B Degree (NQF level 7) in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology / Organizational Development plus 3 years’ experience in Training and Organizational Development. |

Remuneration
Basic Salary: N$ 444 096.00 pa
Transport Allowance: N$ 12 600.00 pa
Housing Allowance: N$ 182 079.36 pa
OR
Rental Allowance: N$ 93 260.16 pa
Pension Fund membership as well as Medical Aid membership (both employee and employer contributions) are applicable.
