Lagoon Promenade
As part of its infrastructure maintenance program, Council has appointed a re-sealing contractor to do annual
re-sealing on the Promenade, starting from today. Users are requested to be on the lookout for areas of wet slurry/bitumen over the next few days in order to avoid it.
Re-sealing in other areas
The same contractor will thereafter attend to streets in the area, including Kavambo Nujoma Drive, Thomas Morris, Oasis, JJ Cleverley, KR Thomas and Bramwell Streets.
A different contractor is busy with resealing in Theo Ben Gurirab Street to be followed by Hage Geingob St. Street. Residents are advised to minimize movement in this areas as far as possible and exercise patience.
