Residents are hereby informed that a pipe break occurred yesterday, 12 June 2023 in Neptune Street in the Narraville residential area. Due to the break some households in Neptune Street and nearby areas may have observed a visible change in the colour of tap water, during the cause of yesterday and possibly today.

We would like to assure residents that this issue has been handled with urgency. The water technical team has been attending to the matter since yesterday afternoon and the quality of the water in the affected area has since improved significantly.
