We successfully completed a series of public meetings, which were held across Kuisebmond, Farm 37, CBD, Narraville, and Langstrand. This series, consisting of five meetings, marked the commencement of a broader engagement process aimed at fostering open dialogue between residents and local leadership on key municipal matters.
For the first time, the Municipality extended its outreach to Farm 37 and Langstrand, ensuring a wider reach and inclusivity in the engagement process. Community consultation is an essential component of the municipality’s operations, providing residents with a direct platform to engage with council members and discuss important issues. These meetings sparked dynamic discussions, with the Council addressing hard-hitting questions and providing updates on initiatives to tackle community challenges. Additionally, the Council discussed plans for the upcoming financial year’s budget while gathering valuable input from the community.
We appreciate all residents who took the time to attend and share their views. Your valuable input will positively influence the decision-making processes for the betterment of our community.
Residents are encouraged to stay informed via our official communication channels for details on upcoming meetings.
