SENIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER x2 – (PATERSON GRADE LEVEL C4)
Purpose of the Job
To manage the provision of effective and efficient administrative procurement management and contract management services to the Municipality, as well as strategically manage the sourcing and acquisition of goods, works and services, in line with the approved and signed Service Level Agreements and/or Contract specifications, to optimise operational processes, mitigate risks, uphold ethical and compliance standards to support the Council’s overall mission and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
| Minimum Educational Qualification | National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Procurement Management, Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management. |
| Minimum Experience Requirement | 5 years’ experience serving in a supervisory capacity in the Procurement Management Unit. |
| Special Requirement | Driving Licence Code B |
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: N$ 514 961.00 pa
Transport Allowance: N$ 15 000.00 pa
Housing Allowance: N$ 216 283.61 pa
OR
Rental Allowance: N$ 113 291.42 pa
Pension Fund membership as well as Medical Aid membership (both employee and employer contributions) are applicable.
