The Municipality of Walvis Bay seeks for qualified graduates and experienced individuals in the fields mentioned below in order to have a pool of potential candidates to source from when there is a need to fill temporary positions on contract. Qualified candidates may be invited for interviews when needs for temporary employment arise and applications will be considered from the list of applicants.

34. Grade 12 or 11 Certificate with 23 points or higher plus proof of experience in handling animals.
35. Grade 12 or 11 Certificate – Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary Level/ Grade 12 – NSSAS: Namibia Senior Secondary Advanced Subsidiary Level, all with 23 points or higher.
36. Grade 10 Certificate (not a school report) – Namibia Junior Certificate, with 23 points or higher
37. Drivers with Code CE licence.

Preferences will be given to:

• People in designated groups in terms of the Affirmative Action Act 29 of 1998
