DRIVER: TANKER & ROLLER

(PATERSON GRADE LEVEL B2)

DEPARTMENT OF ROADS AND BUILDING CONTROL

Purpose of the Job

To safely and efficiently operate the tanker truck and the roller required in the construction and maintenance of roads as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

·      Grade 12 or 11 Certificate (not school report) with 23 points.

·       2 years’ experience in the operation of tanker trucks /rollers.

• Driving Licence Code C1

 Key Performance Areas

• Tanker truck / roller operation
• Maintenance and care of the assigned vehicle

Remuneration:

Basic Salary:                                       N$ 222 242.00 pa

Housing Allowance:                         N$   97 786.48 pa

OR

Rental Allowance:                            N$   52 226.87 pa

Transport Allowance:                     N$   17 400.00 pa

Pension Fund membership as well as Medical Aid membership (both employee and employer contributions) are applicable.
