Posted: 20 Oct 2026
Farm 37 Portion 10 is now brighter following the completion of a project to install 113 off-grid solar-powered streetlights, valued at N$6.14 million.
The project provides an immediate lighting solution for residents, with the lights designed to be converted to conventional electricity once permanent infrastructure becomes available.
Meanwhile, construction of a N$24 million pump station, which commenced in July 2026, is progressing as part of ongoing infrastructure development in the area.
These investments address immediate community needs while supporting the long-term development of Farm 37. Plans to extend lighting to the remaining portions of Farm 37 and Extensions 1 and 2 are also underway.
