Application form requirements are as follows:
a. Residential application
- Copy of Identity Card (certified within 6 months)
- Copy of lease agreement (if renting) OR proof of ownership (property owner
- Tariff payment for connection fee is applicable
b. Business application
Closed Corporation
- Company registration documents
- Copy of Identity Cards of all owners (certified within 6 months)
- All owners to co-sign application form OR give proxy of signature in writing
- Tariff payment for connection fee is applicable
Pty (Ltd)
- Company registration documents
- Copy of Identity Cards of Director/Managing Director (certified within 6 months)
- Director/Managing Director to sign application on behalf of the company
- Tariff payment for connection fee is applicable
